Bear and the Blossom is the company that everyone has always asked us when we were going to open.
Jacob has been dreaming of one day becoming a chef since he was just three years old. At that age, his favorite show was watching "Emerill Live," where he enthusiastically learned many recipes with a sprinkle of "Bam!" Since then, Jacob has not looked back - developing a passionate love for cooking that he so gladly shares with those around him.
Genesee (aka G, aka the artist, designer, florist, aka all other non-cooking related talent) has been the biggest believer of their dream to open their own food business. Together since sophomores in high school in Santa Rosa, who would have thought that the 5-star first meal of Costco Dino Nuggets would have turned into a loving marriage and the foundation for some of their greatest memories together, and jumping off point for Bear and the Blossom.
From the minds and hearts of Genesee and Jacob come a new kind of catering company where all your familiar favorites are presented in a unique, fun, but most importantly in a delicious fashion.
From a dozen chocolate chip cookies, to a 5 course themed dinner party cooked on site, to your dream wedding cake, Bear and the Blossom is here to make your idyllic food a reality.
